Es handelt sich dabei um sogenannte <strong>MICE-Veranstaltungen<\/strong>. Diese Veranstaltungen sind in der Regel sehr vielf\u00e4ltig, haben jedoch gemeinsam, dass sie meist von einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl von Personen besucht werden, die R\u00e4umlichkeiten f\u00fcr ihre Tagungen nutzen, eine Reihe von Verpflegungsleistungen in Anspruch nehmen, in einigen F\u00e4llen \u00fcbernachten m\u00fcssen und m\u00f6glicherweise zus\u00e4tzliche Dienstleistungen ben\u00f6tigen. Beispielsweise, ob f\u00fcr die Er\u00f6ffnungs- und Abschlusssitzungen ein Auditorium oder ein gro\u00dfer Saal ben\u00f6tigt wird, ob und wo Kaffeepausen angeboten werden, ob ein Hostessen-Service, audiovisuelle Technik, Simultandolmetschen usw. bereitgestellt werden soll.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" Termine, an denen die Veranstaltung stattfinden soll, festgelegt sind, muss das Hotel einen Kostenvoranschlag erstellen, der alle Einzelheiten, die Bezahlung der Leistungen sowie die Verbrauchswerte enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vertrag\"><\/span><strong>Vertrag<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Der Vertrag, der f\u00fcr die Organisation einer Veranstaltung in einem Hotel unterzeichnet wird, ist eine Vereinbarung zwischen den Parteien, in der die Anzahl und Art der gebuchten Veranstaltungsr\u00e4ume, die Anzahl und Ausstattung der Zimmer, die Verpflegungsleistungen usw. aufgef\u00fchrt sein m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass Hotels eine \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung von
